EAMONN REILLY

Eamonn joined BBA Ireland in December 2005 having come on board from the Curragh Bloodstock Agency which he joined in 1996. Previously Eamonn spent eight years as a senior pedigree researcher compiling the pedigrees for all the catalogues for both Goffs and Tattersalls Ireland, Sales Companies, he also compiled extensive pedigrees for all the leading breeders and racehorse trainers in Ireland.

Since joining both the Curragh Bloodstock Agency and BBA Ireland, Eamonn purchased many Group and Stakes winners, including SAOIRSE ABU (USA) (Phoenix Stakes, Gr.1, Moyglare Stakes, Gr.1) LORD SHANAKILL (USA) (Prix Jean Prat, Gr.1, Mill Reef Stakes, Gr.2), POLAIRE (IRE) (Pretty Polly Stakes, Gr.2), PORTE BONHEUR (USA) (First Flight Stakes, Grade 2), REDSTONE DANCER (IRE) (EBF Brownstown Stakes, Gr.3), OH GOODNESS ME (GB) (Lodge Park EBF Park Express Stakes, Gr.3).

Broodmares purchased who subsequently produced stakes winners, include TUGELA (USA) (dam of MAKYBE DIVA (GB) won Melbourne Cup, Gr.1 (3 times) Australia’s all time Champion Racehorse), BALADONIA and (dam of WOTTON BASSETT, won Prix Jean-Luc Lagardere (Grand Criterium) Gr.1, Longchamp.

Eamonn attends all the major sales in America and Europe.
