Hailing from Kilkenny and with a family background in racing and sport horses, Conor grew up surrounded by horses. Through his family’s involvement in Gowran Park Racecourse and having successfully pinhooked a number of foals, he obtained broad, first-hand experience of the various sectors of the bloodstock industry. This was further built upon having worked at the famed Rossenarra Stud where he received a comprehensive and varied education.

Having studied in Saint Kieran’s College, Kilkenny, Conor qualified with a Masters Degree in Pharmacy at Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, Scotland.

After shadowing multiple industry leading Bloodstock agents, Conor joined BBA Ireland in 2019. While mainly focused on horses in training and breeding stock, Conor attends all major bloodstock sales.
